Changing Your Order

We are proud of the efficient turn around service for customer orders. Most orders (with the exception of those requiring clarification) are sent to the warehouse for processing within one business day of being received into our system.

We understand that customers can and do change their minds regarding an order after it has been placed. In the event that you do need to change any part of your order, provided you notify Blinds Warehouse within one business day of placing the order we can generally change or cancel your order as per your request.

Customers requesting orders to be changed or cancelled after one business day may be declined their request or incur additional charges depending on whether their order contains Custom Made or Ready Made blinds and how far into the production process their order is at the time of the request.

Ready Made Blinds not requiring resizing are generally processed and despatched the same or next business day depending on the time of day they are ordered.

Ready Made Resized (Cut to size) Blinds and Custom Made Blinds are generally processed the next business day after being ordered.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been despatched
  • The term 'Business Day' refers to - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (excluding public holidays)
