Just as Blinds Warehouse notified you when your order was received, Blinds Warehouse will notify you again as soon as your order has been despatched.
Through our efficient online system, the moment your order has been despatched from our warehouse, a despatch notification email is sent to you via the email address provided when you opened your account.
The email despatch notification will include the consignment note number, the name of the courier company and their contact details. Some courier companies have an online tracking system that allows you to track your order online as it moves from our warehouse... to the courier depot ... and then to your front door.
Please note that delivery is to the contracted and originally advised delivery address only. Blinds Warehouse cannot change or redirect an order once it has been despatched.
Whilst every effort is made to include special delivery instructions as requested by customers on despatch paperwork, please note that couriers will not call prior to delivery nor will they leave goods at a delivery address without a signed authorisation card.
In the event you are not home to receive your order, couriers will leave a calling card and contact number requesting you call to arrange a suitable delivery time or call to advise you will sign the calling card authorising them to leave the goods in your absence.
