Please Note: Photo evidence will be required for cases involving damaged goods, damaged freight or measurement support. You will be required to take the photos and have them ready for uploading PRIOR to reporting a problem. Cases relating to size measurements will require you to submit a photo showing the blind hanging full length in the window.
Problems that do not have the requested photos attached shall not be processed until such times as the photos have been received.
