At Blinds Warehouse we have invested heavily in product research and development as well as training our staff to provide our customers with the very best service giving you peace of mind when placing an order with us.

Order Support Area Includes:

  • Have you experienced any shipping concerns? Has your order been delayed or damaged? Are you missing cartons or concerned about not being home at the time of delivery? Fill out an Issue Form now.
  • Do you have any order-related concerns? Has your order been incorrectly filled? Do you have a product that is faulty and is under or outside warranty? Fill out an Issue Form now.
  • Do you want to change your order? Need to change your measurements, address or cancel your order? Fill out an Issue Form now.

Please Note: Photo evidence will be required for cases involving damaged goods, damaged freight or measurement support. You will be required to take the photos and have them ready for uploading PRIOR to reporting a problem. Cases relating to size measurements will require you to submit a photo showing the blind hanging full length in the window.

Problems that do not have the requested photos attached shall not be processed until such times as the photos have been received.
