Once you have already identified if the Venetian Blinds are to be mounted inside or outside the window frame, all you need to do is to screw in the special mounting clip onto the window frame in which the Venetian Blind then slips into and is then locked/clamped in place.
Of course, if you don't feel comfortable installing the Venetian Blinds yourself, there is a whole industry of people who will come and do it for you. The choice is yours!
