Every product sold by Blinds Warehouse comes with its’ own Manufacturer’s Warranty. Terms and Conditions for each Product Warranty can be found below. The Manufacturer’s Warranty will cover a period of one to two years depending on the product. Each product will state the period of the warranty and covers product imperfections and manufacturing faults.

Blinds Warehouse also extend this warranty to include goods damaged by shipping whilst in transit from our warehouse to your advised delivery address. Staff within our Warranty Centre will contact you within one working day of receiving your Issue Claim Form to commence the simple warranty claim process. Please remember to read the Terms and Conditions prior to finalising your order so that you don’t void any warranty you may be entitled to.

Whilst we hope you will never need to use our Warranty Centre, you can have peace of mind in knowing that Blinds Warehouse are here to assist you every step of the way in the event that you do.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The first warranty provided on all products is the ‘Manufacturer’s Warranty’. This warranty is issued by the Manufacturer and details of individual Manufacturer’s Warranty can be found on each product page.

Blinds Warehouse Warranty

For information on the Blinds Warehouse Warranty, please read the following extract which has been taken directly from the Blinds Warehouse Terms and Conditions:

17. Product Warranties

17.1 In addition to the Manufacturer’s Warranty, Blinds Warehouse provide a 24 month (two year) warranty on all products listed on the Blinds Warehouse website from the date of original purchase unless otherwise stated.

17.2 Blinds Warehouse Warranty excludes product fading, malicious damage, misuse, product that has been removed from the original delivery address, product that has been altered or tampered with in any way from its original delivered condition.

17.3 Return of the product under warranty must be arranged by the customer. All costs associated with the return of the product must in the first instance be borne by the customer until Blinds Warehouse can assess the claim. If deemed a reasonable warranty claim, Blinds Warehouse will replace or repair the product and return by courier to the original customer.
