Blinds Warehouse will try and accommodate most customer requests (where possible) to change or cancel their order. Of course, we can only work within the parameters of our systems.
Provided your order has not gone into production by the time you contact us, there is every chance we can change or cancel an order for you.
If you do discover you would like to make changes to your order, it is imperative that you contact us immediately. Visit our Reporting an Issue page for information on changing or cancelling your order.
Once an order has gone into production or has been despatched from our warehouse, Blinds Warehouse are unable to change or cancel your order.
