Product Issues and Claims

Blinds Warehouse are extremely proud of the exceptional quality that is associated with their products and customer service. Such quality is by no means a coincidence. Blinds Warehouse have invested heavily in product research and development as well as training their staff to provide our customers with the very best in window furnishings at affordable prices.

Because of the immense amount of research and development we put into our business, we also realise that on rare occassions, situations can and do occur. As such, we have systems in place to deal with these quickly and efficiently and will always work closely with our customers to ensure a positive outcome in real time.

Please Note:
Photo evidence will be required for Issues involving damaged goods, damaged freight or measurement issues. You will be required to take the photos and have them ready for uploading PRIOR to submitting your Issue Claim Form.  Issues relating to size measurements will require you to submit a photo showing the blind hanging full length in the window.

Issue Claim Forms that do not have the requested photos attached shall not be processed until such times as the photos have been received
