Measuring blinds correctly is the best way to ensure you have the perfect fit and finish to your windows. Blinds Warehouse require customers to provide EXACT WINDOW MEASUREMENTS in millimeters when placing an order. By doing this our trained staff are able to make the necessary deductions so that your blind fits perfectly within the window frame (inside mount) or framing the window (outside mount). In most cases this warranty is for a period of 2 years and covers product imperfections and manufacturing faults. Blinds Warehouse also extend this warranty to include goods damaged by shipping whilst in transit from our warehouse to your advised delivery address. Staff within our Warranty Centre will contact you within one working day of receiving your Issue Claim Form to commence the simple and seamless warranty claim process. Please remember to read the Terms and Conditions prior to finalising your order so that you don't void any warranty you may be entitled to.
